李明璋 Jerry

李明璋（Jerry）在樂欣負責行政管理，並指導樂欣的日常運營，協助為公司帶來增長和發展。同時，Jerry也負責開發及維護產業戰略合作夥伴關係。

在創立樂欣之前，Jerry擁有四年以上美國養老地產交易紀錄。他曾在中國最大的房地產經紀公司鏈家海外和位於美國西雅圖的納瑞國際地產工作。Jerry擔任高級投資顧問，與律師，經紀人，會計師和土地開發商等各方合作，共同協助中國投資者完成美國資產配置和資產管理。2019年，Jerry與鏈家海外正式簽約，成為美國商業地產投資管理指定的唯一合作夥伴。在此之前，Jerry也曾在西門子及台達電子工作。

Jerry擁有國立台灣大學工程科學碩士及美國喬治華盛頓大學（The George Washington University）企業管理碩士學歷，並陸續取得CAIA特許另類投資分析師，LEED AP BD+C綠色建築高級專業，CHIA美國酒店市場分析，IROP美國物業管理，美國華盛頓州房地產經紀人，REFM房地產財務模型計算及數張房地產金融相關國際級執證照。

As the operation manager Jerry directs day-to-day operations of LOVE&JOY and leads growth and development for the company. Meanwhile, Jerry is in charge of the development and maintanence of strategic partnership.

Prior to founding LOVE&JOY, Jerry possesses 4+ years of US senior living transaction track record. He worked for Lianjia Overseas Property, the largest real estate brokerage firm in China, and for NAREIG International Realty, headquarteted in Seattle, Washington. Jerry served as a senior investment consultant to cooperate and collaborate with real estate attorneies, brokers, accountants, as well as land developers to assist Chinese investors in US asset allocation and portfolio management. In 2019, Lianjia Overseas Property and Jerry come to an agreement that he became the exclusive designated partner of US commercial real estate investment management. Before this, Jerry worked for SIEMENS and DELTA Electronics.

Jerry has earned his master's degree in Engineering Science from National Taiwan University and MBA degree from The George Washington University. He also acquired Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA), LEED Accredited Professional Buiding Design and Construction (LEED AP BD+C), Certification in Hotel Industry Analytics (CHIA), Independent Rental Owner Profession (IROP), Washington State Real Estate Broker's License, Real Estate Financial Modeling (REFM),and many other real estate finance related certifications.
