烹飪照護結合營養學與烹飪技術,透過低油低鹽的烹調方式(如蒸、燉、烤等)、食材選擇及備餐技巧,為高齡者提供客製化、高營養價值的飲食或點心,落實「醫食同源」的理念。它不僅是照護食的烹製,更包含心理上的療癒與自我照護功能。


Culinary Care integrates nutrition science with cooking techniques. Through low-oil and low-sodium cooking methods such as steaming, and careful ingredient selection and meal preparation skills, it provides older adults with customized, highly nutritious meals or snacks, putting the concept of “food as medicine” into practice. It is not only about preparing care meals, but also psychological healing and self-care.
