葉雅芬 Ya-Fen

葉雅芬在樂欣日間照顧中心（西門）擔任照顧服務員一職，其工作職責涵蓋日常生活照顧、認知活動引導、遊戲設計規劃、健康促進活動帶領，以及提供社交與情感支持。

在加入樂欣之前，雅芬在社區長照機構擔任照顧服務員一職。此外，她也曾在數家企業擔任過服務業主管及業務會計。雅芬在這些角色中培養出的技能，包括管理能力、人際互動能力和溝通能力，以及敏鋭觀察力的個人特質使她能夠勝任在長照領域的新職位。

雅芬畢業於德明技術學院國際貿易系及國立臺南高級職業商業學校會計事務科，並具備單一級照顧服務員技術士資格，同時也於2025年取得日本方塊踏步運動認證。

Ya-Fen Yeh serves as a certified nursing aide for LOVE&JOY(XIMEN). Her job duties involve care of daily living, guidance of cognitive activity, game design, health promotion, and social-emotional support.

Before joining LOVE&JOY, Ya-Fen served as a caregiver at a community-based long-term care facility. She also held positions as a service industry supervisor and worked in sales and accounting at several companies. These experiences helped her develop strong management, interpersonal, and communication skills. Along with her keen sense of observation, they have prepared her well for her new role.

Ya-Fen graduated from the Department of International Trade at Takming College and from the Department of Accounting Affairs at National Tainan Senior Commercial Vocational School. She is a Certified Nursing Aide and obtained certification in Japanese Square-Stepping Exercise in 2025.
