盧潔香 Kit-Heung

盧潔香現任職於樂欣日間照顧中心（西門），擔任照顧服務員，主要負責長者日常生活照顧、活動帶領及認知活動引導，致力於提供細緻、溫暖且專業的照顧服務。

在加入樂欣之前，潔香曾服務於行天宮醫療志業醫療財團法人附設橫溪恩主公護理之家。來台灣前，她曾於香港多家長照機構擔任護理師多年，包括保良局及佛教香海正覺蓮社等護理安老院，累積豐富的長者照護經驗。此外，她也曾從事護士訪視及社區衛教工作，具備扎實的社區照護實務基礎，並在長者照護、健康關懷及跨團隊合作方面展現出豐富歷練。多年來，潔香在不同照護場域中培養出良好的人際互動能力、溝通協調能力與敏銳的觀察力，能依據長者的個別需求提供適切且有溫度的照顧服務，也在長照工作中展現出高度的專業與責任感。

學歷方面，潔香畢業於香港靈實醫院聖安妮護士學校，並取得英國牛津布魯克斯大學社會健康照護科學士學位。來台後，她進一步取得照顧服務員單一級技術士資格及月嫂證照，持續精進專業能力，期望在照護服務領域發揮更大的價值。

Kit-Heung Lo currently serves as a certified nursing aide for LOVE&JOY(XIMEN), where she is primarily responsible for providing daily living assistance for older adults, leading group activities, and facilitating cognitive engagement programs. She is committed to delivering care that is attentive, compassionate, and professional.

Prior to joining LOVE&JOY, Kit-Heung served at the Hengxi Enzhu Gong Nursing Home, affiliated with the Xingtian Temple Medical Foundation. Before coming to Taiwan, she worked for many years as a Registered Nurse in several long-term care institutions in Hong Kong, including nursing homes operated by Po Leung Kuk and the Hong Kong Buddhist Jue Lin Society, where she accumulated extensive experience in elder care. In addition, she was involved in home nursing visits and community health education, building a solid foundation in community-based care. Through these diverse roles, she has developed extensive practical experience in elder care, health support, and interdisciplinary teamwork. Over the years, Kit-Heung has cultivated strong interpersonal skills, effective communication and coordination abilities, and keen observational skills across various care settings. These qualities enable her to provide individualized and compassionate care based on each older adult’s unique needs, while consistently demonstrating professionalism and a strong sense of responsibility in long-term care practice.

In terms of education, Kit-Heung graduated from the St. Anne’s School of Nursing, Haven of Hope Hospital, Hong Kong, and earned a Bachelor’s degree in Social and Health Care Science from Oxford Brookes University in the United Kingdom. After relocating to Taiwan, she further obtained Certified Nursing Aide Certification and Postpartum Caregiver Certification, continuing to strengthen her professional expertise and striving to make a greater contribution in the field of care services.
